Lead – IT Infrastructure, Audit & Compliance (L2/L3)

• We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Compliance Leader to manage Infra, DB, Security, and Audit operations.
• The role requires strong leadership capabilities, hands-on technical expertise, and proven experience in managing regulatory audits (RBI/SEBI), VAPT, and IT compliance within secure enterprise environments (preferably Banking/Financial Services).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Infra & DB teams, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.
• Own end-to-end Audit & Compliance activities (Internal, External, Regulatory – RBI/IS Audits).
• Manage VAPT, analyze reports, and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Oversee RHEL, MySQL, SAN Storage, Backup Solutions, Network & Security infrastructure.
• Ensure OS hardening, patch management, firmware upgrades, and security compliance (PCI-DSS).
• Coordinate DR drills, BCP readiness, and successful DR switchovers.
• Act as primary escalation point for operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to RBI, SEBI, IT Act, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain audit documentation, compliance dashboards, risk registers, and reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Legal, Business Units, Vendors, and Clients.
• Mentor and guide team members; manage rosters and ensure seamless shift handovers.
