This position is critical in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across all levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with legal standards. The incumbent will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, manage talent pipelines, and mentor a team of recruiters while maintaining operational excellence in HR functions such as payroll coordination and employee grievance resolution. With a strong foundation in labor laws and a deep understanding of regional language requirements, this role ensures sustainable hiring practices and supports organizational growth through effective talent management.Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing roles across all levels.
  • Drive proactive talent acquisition through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Mentor and guide the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.
  • Manage recruitment vendors and evaluate their performance to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Support payroll coordination and assist in resolving employee grievances in alignment with HR policies.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, including the Factories Act and Contract Labour Act.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s / PGDM in HR or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition and recruitment management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in statutory compliance, labor laws, and HR regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience in payroll handling and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Odia language is mandatory.
