Responsibilities:
Understand complex Integration requirements to solve customer business problemsWork on customer issues via Support tickets and help customer resolve issues when integrating our SDK in Android platformUnderstanding of Technical/Integration solutions Technical integration of B2B platform with customers, platforms, partners and communicate directly with internal and external stakeholders.Provide technical consultation to companies integrating with B2B businessTroubleshoot, investigate and resolve customer issues via various support channels like calls, zendesk tickets and emailsClosely work with Android Engineering team on debugging issues, understand the new features or release pipeline, work on individual tasks provided by engineering tech leadsHelp Sales Engineering ,Customer Success and On boarding team to guide new and premium customers to integrate Moengage SDK with their Android applications seamlessly without any issue after understanding their use cases.
Requirements:Atleast 2 years of experience in Android Application developmentGreat communication and interpersonal skills and a team player Hunger for resolving customer issues and provide best in class technical guidance and support for integration issues or queriesSound knowledge of Java/Kotlin, OOPs concepts.Proficient knowledge of Android SDK and tools like Android StudioGood to have experience with JavaScript/React-Native/Flutter/XamarinReady to learn new frameworks.
