Job Title: – iTrain Trainer

Salary: – 20K (Negotiable) + incentive if applicable

company in India. This multinational company was founded in 1923 and headquartered in Kolkata. This
company has 16 manufacturing units in India. The company has a presence in 5 countries –
India, Russia, Poland, Nepal and Bangladesh. They have an employee strength of over 3,600 and a
countrywide distribution network of 25,000+ dealers.
Position Overview: – Individuals in this role will be working with business stakeholders like painters,
contractors, architects, shop boys, dealers, employees etc. Key task of this role is to train different business
stakeholders about paints, application process, mechanized tools, waterproofing etc. The job requires travel
for up-to 15-days in a month.
Functional Responsibilities: –
Planning and conducting training as per monthly plan
The trainer will travel to different locations to train participants
Attending complaints at customer site
Prepare product panels; Mobilize trainees; Handle new assignments as needed.
Requirements
Required Experience/Skills: –
2 years working experience
Communication skills: – Must be a good communicator and have ability to handle team,
training/meeting
Language (Read +Write +Speak): – Local language must and Hindi and English
Knowledge and experience of training, consumer sales, business development in paints and
building material industry is an added advantage.
Preference for candidates from Paint Companies / Painting services Companies/ Building materials:
-Asian Paints/ Kansai Nerolac/ Indigo/ Akzo/ Aapkapainter/ Cements/ Electricals/ Pipes/ Hardware
Ready to travel
Education Qualification: – Post graduate/Graduate from any background
Computer Knowledge: – Good knowledge of computers, word, excel, internet and email.
Travelling: – Need to travel as and when required.
