Quantity Surveyor – Highway (Mumbai)

Position: Quantity SurveyorResponsibilities:1. Preparing quantity estimates based on the drawings for ongoing construction projects.2. Preparing quantity estimates based on the design inputs provided by the designers for tender projects.3. Reconciling the estimated quantities with construction site managers, clients, subcontractors, etc.4. Documenting any changes in design and updating BoQs.5. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal teams / stakeholders.6. Traveling from the office to various sites as and when required.Essential Skills and Knowledge:1. Quantification using EXCEL software. Knowledge of quantification using any other industry renowned software (such as Calquan etc.) will be desirable.2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.3. Sound knowledge of mathematical formulas and application in EXCEL software.4. Excellent attention to detailQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying, or similar. Having PG certification in “Quantity Surveying and Contract Management” will be desirable….
