Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sign-up new hospitals onto the platform through self/ organization initiatives
  • Structured follow-ups to ensure hospitals are on boarded on the platform and using the product
  • Maintain large number of hospital relationships to ensure they stick to platform for long term, prevent hospital churns
  • Ensure seamless experience for hospitals, doctors and patients on platform with timely resolution of all queries and concerns
  • Hospitals backed view on the platform and digital engagement and suggest further improvements
  • Work with all stakeholders (product team, design team, content and marketing team etc.) to ensure best experience for hospitals, doctors and patients with C2C platform
  • Ensure platform awareness among hospitals and offer quick issue resolution
  • Managing hospitals, doctor/ patient outreach campaigns, conducting demos to hospitals, doctors and their staff virtually or physically as needed
  • Understanding hospitals, doctor profiles (importance of hospital, doctor, tech savviness, patient demographics etc.) and the challenges and address then at product and process level to drive usage to ensure high recall
  • Co-ordinate with product team, do testing of new product launches
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key metrics;
  • Assist product team to understand customer problems, reproduce them and fix them
