Technical Skills  

• Fresher or 1 year work experience. 
• SAP CRM knowledge preferable.
• Shared service background will be an advantage.

Soft Skills 

• Strong business communication (written and verbal).
• MS office tools proficiency.
• Good interpersonal skills.
