Sales Engineer (Cutting Tools & Lubricants, Hosur)

• The candidate will be responsible for handling sales of cutting tools and metalworking solutions in various industrial sectors.
• Candidates having knowledge and experience in CNC machining products and carbide cutting tools are best fit for this position
•  He will be responsible for managing direct sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, providing customer service, technical support and driving business growth for the assigned products and territory.
• He should be familiar with industrial products such as Kennametal, Widia, Bahco or other similar products.
• Should have sound technical and commercial knowledge.
• Salary will be offered at par with the industry standard.
• He should be a team worker, collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed the company’s overall sales revenue.
• He will be responsible for lead generation, product presentation, demonstration, estimation, negotiation & closing of sales for the Product groups assigned to him. Including Customer Service, Order Management, payment collections, solving customer issues etc.. 
• Meet sales and collection objectives within the designated territory and oversee the profitability of the assigned product group.
• Should be reporting to the Managing Director and coordinating with other sales team members.
• Preparing commercial and technical proposals.
• Should be familiar with manufacturing processes and machinery used in industrial operations
• Should be able to manage commercial negotiations with sound techno-commercial knowledge
• Good command over spoken and written English(Manadtory) Kannada, Telugu & Tamil is preferred
• Should be responsible for conducting trials and demonstrations on customer machines and delivering effective manufacturing solutions.
• Visiting Customers regularly. Participate in Pre-Sales and after-sales service, trouble shooting activities to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
• 2-10 years experience in Industrial sales, preferably Cutting tools and metal working solutions
• Fluent in English (Mandatory), Kannada, Telugu & Tamil (preferred)- Read/Write/Speak
• To be based in below locations – Hosur and around 
• Ability to Travel & Meet customers regularly (Tamilnadu, Andhra & Karnataka)
• Basic IT system knowledge, email communication, CRM & Quotation preparation.
