Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager, located in Proddatur. The Regional Manager is responsible for expanding the company’s presence within the assigned region by building operational infrastructure and strengthening service networks.The role involves overseeing regional operations, developing franchise partnerships, recruiting district-level representatives, and ensuring smooth coordination between service providers and customers. The Regional Manager plays a key role in driving growth, maintaining service quality, and ensuring efficient service delivery across all districts.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and onboard at least two franchise partners within the assigned regionRecruit one responsible representative per district to manage local operationsBuild and maintain a strong network of professionals and service providers (lawyers, doctors, technicians, etc.)Coordinate with franchise partners, district representatives, and service providers for smooth operationsMonitor and ensure efficient service delivery across the regionDrive regional expansion and strengthen the company’s presence across districtsProvide regular progress reports, updates, and insights to managementIdentify challenges in operations and implement effective solutionsQualificationsProven leadership and team management skillsStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesGood understanding of service-based platforms and operational workflowsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to plan and execute regional growth strategiesExperience in recruitment, network building, and coordinationKnowledge of performance tracking and reportingBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)…
