Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze field issues using tools like AWS CloudWatch, ELK, Jira, ServiceNow, Oracle, and MySQL
- Perform root cause analysis using logs, call notes, and documentation
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, Serial communication)
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve high-priority product issues
- Provide actionable insights for product and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Experience in software support / production support
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
- Knowledge of cloud (AWS), databases (SQL), and logging tools
- Understanding of networking & device connectivity
- Exposure to mobile/web/cloud-based systems
