What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects-from problem framing to deployment
• Convert business challenges into structured data problems
• Work directly with clients across geographies
• Deliver actionable insights using advanced analytics & modeling
• Become a Subject Matter Expert and drive ownership

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in Data Analyst/ Decision Science
• Strong SQL & Tableau skills (8/10 proficiency expected)
• Advanced Excel for storytelling & analysis
• Hands-on experience in Hypothesis Testing & Attribution Modeling
• Marketing Mix Modeling
• Client-facing experience (Banking/Financial Services preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
