Position: Executive – Marketing & Business Development

Location: Ahmedabad

Department: Marketing & B.D.

Salary Range + other Benefits: CTC – up to 3.84 LPA + Mediclaim + personal accidental insurance + paid Leaves+ P.F.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Source and qualify potential sales leads from various databases and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Google, website).
  • Conduct thorough research to identify target companies and potential clients.
  • Evaluate leads based on BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) and transition qualified leads to sales representatives.

Outbound Sales:

  • Initiate and manage outbound sales efforts through emails, calls, and messages.
  • Personalize outreach and continuously follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

Data Analysis and CRM Management:

  • Utilize data tools to gather and analyze data for lead generation.
  • Log interactions, track lead status, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Create and review metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field/MBA in marketing.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales, and sales development.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Leadership potential and experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
