Job Overview : 

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Professional who can drive end-to-end marketing initiatives—from ideation and strategy to execution and performance tracking. This role requires someone who can think creatively, write compelling content, manage stakeholders, and build structured marketing processes to scale business growth.

The role also includes field marketing responsibilities, requiring on-ground execution, client interactions, and event-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities : 

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute result-driven marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Identify new growth opportunities, trends, and innovative campaign ideas
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital and offline channels

Creative Thinking & Content Development

  • Develop creative concepts for campaigns, branding, and promotions
  • Write engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms

Field Marketing & On-Ground Activities

  • Plan and execute field marketing initiatives including events, client visits, and on-site promotions
  • Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
  • Support sales teams with on-ground marketing efforts and lead generation activities
  • Build brand visibility through direct engagement and local market outreach

Client & Stakeholder Handling

  • Coordinate with clients/internal stakeholders to understand requirements
  • Translate business needs into effective marketing plans
  • Maintain strong communication and ensure smooth project execution

Process Building & Optimization

  • Set up structured marketing processes and workflows
  • Improve efficiency through standardization and automation wherever possible
  • Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance regularly

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance using relevant tools and metrics
  • Generate insights and suggest improvements for better ROI
  • Present reports and updates to leadership

Key Skills Required :

  • Strong marketing strategy and execution skills
  • Excellent content writing and creative thinking ability
  • Good understanding of digital + field marketing
  • Strong communication and client/stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage both on-ground and digital campaigns
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications : 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in content creation, branding, and campaign management
  • Exposure to B2B / IT / Service industry
  • Experience in field marketing, events, or client-facing roles is a plus
