UAT & Data Validation Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented UAT & Data Validation Analyst to support user acceptance testing, develop training materials, and validate data integrity following system migrations. You will work closely with the startup team to ensure applications meet business requirements and that migrated data is accurate and complete.

This is a hybrid role with a combination of remote work and access to a co-working office space as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT cycles for new and updated applications
• Document test cases, track defects, and communicate results to stakeholders
• Develop clear, user-friendly training materials including guides, job aids, and quick-reference documents
• Perform data validation following data migration events
• Identify and escalate data discrepancies and work with technical teams to resolve issues
• Maintain thorough documentation throughout testing and migration processes
• Providing application support, troubleshooting user issues, and serving as a point of contact for end-user inquiries

Qualifications (must haves)

The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in:

• Conducting UAT for business applications
• Creating training materials and/or delivering end-user training
• Performing data validation on reports in a post-migration context
• Providing customer support for business applications

Requirements (must meets)

• Availability to work a scheduled shift from 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM.
• A dedicated home workspace with reliable internet access is required to ensure productivity and seamless communication.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in an environment with shifting priorities and evolving responsibilities, with demonstrated ability to adapt to change, take on new challenges, and remain effective in dynamic situations.
