Role: Accountant – Financial Operations

Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly sharp, detail-oriented, and fast-learning Accountant to manage end-to-end financial operations for a US-based financial services firm.

This is a high ownership role — you will be expected to handle accounting independently, maintain accuracy, and support leadership with clear financial visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting (AP/AR, reconciliations, general ledger)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, tax regulations, and audit requirements
• Handle payroll accounting, expense tracking, and documentation
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assist in tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date financial records

Requirements

• 2–5 years of accounting / finance experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP / financial reporting
• Experience with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

Preferred

• CPA / CA / ACCA (or pursuing)
• Experience working with US-based clients or firms
• Background in financial services / consulting firms
