Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Informatica ETL Developer to design, build, and optimize robust data integration solutions to join our team for a US client. This role requires strong expertise in ETL development, data warehousing, and performance tuning, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS
• Extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into enterprise data warehouses
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements
• Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Ensure data quality, validation, and governance standards are maintained
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL issues in production environments
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter or IICS
• Strong SQL skills with experience in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schema)
• Experience in performance tuning and ETL optimization
• Working knowledge of Unix/Shell scripting
