Role Overview:

As an Accountant at Weldots, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing financial insights and reports to support the company’s decision-making processes. You will also be learning a lot about new systems and how to manage bulk data easily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and bookkeeping using Zoho Books.
• Handle the accounting functions for import and export transactions.
• Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Ensure that all financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with accounting standards.
• Prepare financial reports to support decision-making and financial forecasting.
• Assist with auditing and tax-related activities.
• Filing of GST and TDS.
• Contribute to improving financial systems and processes for better efficiency.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in handling financial records.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Zoho Books.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Additional preference will be given to candidates who have cleared some levels of CA.
• Ability to handle bulk data and manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
