ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Human Resources Manager will lead selective global recruitment efforts while supporting core people operations across the organization.

This role is responsible for ensuring hiring quality, documentation rigor, and operational consistency within a growing international team. It requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who values ownership, structure, and impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for full-time and contractor roles
  • Build and maintain structured talent pipelines by role and geography
  • Source proactively through LinkedIn and targeted outreach
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
  • Maintain structured hiring scorecards and documentation

People Operations

  • Support adherence to internal SOPs and performance standards
  • Maintain documentation for reviews, evaluations, and bonus processes
  • Track PTO, attendance, and probationary periods
  • Maintain organized and audit-ready HR records
  • Support compliance documentation when needed

Global Collaboration

  • Partner effectively with team members across North America, Europe, and Asia
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5–9 years of experience in talent acquisition, people operations, or HR
  • Experience hiring technical, creative, or client-facing professionals
  • Experience supporting distributed or global teams
  • Strong documentation habits and attention to detail
  • Ability to operate independently with a high level of ownership

COMPENSATION:

  • Annual Base Salary: ₹12 – ₹16 LPA
  • Stretch Range: Up to ₹18 LPA for exceptional sourcing performance and operational rigor
