• We are looking for passionate graduates from the following backgrounds:
• Pharmaceutical Sciences: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D
• Biological Sciences: B.Sc / M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Genetics.
• Natural Sciences: B.Sc / M.Sc in Zoology, Botany, or Environmental Science.
• Applied Sciences: B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Forensic Science, or Biomedical Science.
• Healthcare: Nursing (B.Sc/M.Sc), BDS, BPT, or equivalent.

Your Learning Path (Core Responsibilities) Through structured mentorship, you will be trained to master:

• Trial Monitoring: Supporting both on-site and remote coordination of global clinical trials.
• ICH-GCP Compliance: Applying international ethical and scientific quality standards.
• TMF Management: Organizing and maintaining Trial Master Files and essential study documents.
• Site Liaison: Communicating with investigators and hospital staff to ensure protocol adherence.
