For nearly 17 years, Ken Foundation has worked at the grassroots level in child development, women empowerment, and environment.

Most of our initiatives have been community-supported. As we enter the next phase of growth, Ken Foundation is expanding to Hyderabad and Bengaluru, inviting experienced professionals to join us in Honorary (Pro-bono) Leadership Roles to help scale our CSR and partnership initiatives.

All roles are honorary, focused on enabling impactful programs through corporate and government partnerships. For professionals with strong networks and influence, this is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully while building a credible social impact leadership presence.

Open Honorary Leadership Roles – Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Visakhapatnam

Honorary Chairperson (Hyderabad / Bengaluru Chapters)

Focus: Acts as the public face of the chapter, enabling strategic connections, visibility, and corporate partnerships

Ideal Profile: A highly respected public figure, seasoned entrepreneur, or senior industry leader

Role Alignment & Contribution

At Ken Foundation, our focus is to scale impact through strong CSR partnerships and institutional support.

Director roles are best suited for individuals who can actively engage with corporates, enable partnerships, or support fundraising efforts.

We equally value senior professionals who prefer to contribute through strategic guidance and mentorship, and invite them to join our Advisory Board.

Director Roles (Action & Outreach)

For individuals ready to actively engage corporates, build partnerships, and drive CSR funding.

Director – Corporate Engagement (IT & Technology)

Leads outreach within the tech ecosystem to build CSR partnerships and collaborations

Director – Industry Relations (Pharma & Healthcare)

Drives engagement with Pharma organizations (including Genome Valley) for sector-specific CSR initiatives

Director – Philanthropy & Strategic Alliances

Builds relationships with CSR leaders, donors, and institutions to expand funding opportunities

Director – Environmental Sustainability & CSR

Leads climate-focused initiatives aligned with corporate ESG and sustainability priorities

Advisory Board (Guidance & Mentorship)

For senior professionals contributing through strategy and mentorship.

Social Impact Strategy – Strengthening impact reporting and CSR alignment

Brand Advocacy & Communications – Enhancing visibility within the corporate ecosystem

CSR & Partnership Mentorship – Guiding partnership development and engagement strategy

Strategic Growth & Expansion – Advising long-term scale and positioning

The Commitment & Profile

These are Honorary / Pro-bono leadership roles requiring a flexible commitment of a few hours per month.

While not salaried, they offer an opportunity to leverage your professional experience and networks to create measurable impact through a credible 17-year-old organization with 12A, 80G, and CSR-1 registrations.
