About the Job

We are looking for an ETL QA with good experience in testing Asset Management systems, including portfolio management, trading platforms, investment accounting, and regulatory reporting applications.

Skill Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in ETL testing, including data extraction, transformation, and load validation across multiple database platforms and data warehouses.
  • Strong expertise in database testing using SQL queries to validate data accuracy, integrity, referential integrity, and business rule implementation.
  • Proven experience testing Asset Management systems, including portfolio management, trading platforms, investment accounting, and regulatory reporting applications.
  • Deep understanding of Asset Management business processes, including securities processing, position reconciliation, NAV calculations, and performance attribution.
  • Hands-on experience with data validation techniques, including source-to-target mapping verification, data quality checks, and reconciliation testing.
  • Proficient in designing and executing test strategies for data migration projects and data warehouse implementations.
  • Experience creating detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements and data specifications for ETL processes and Asset Management workflows.
  • Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology within Asset Management and financial services environments.
