Job Description
Develop 2D & 3D designs using AutoCAD, EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical, or other CAD software.
Create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts as per client and project requirements.
Ensure proper component selection (circuit breakers, contactors, relays, meters, PLCs, VFDs, busbars, etc.).
Optimize panel designs for efficient space utilization, thermal management, and ease of maintenance.Ensure panel designs comply with IS, IEC, NEC, UL, and IEEE standards.
Follow electrical safety regulations for voltage ratings, insulation, short circuit withstand, and IP ratings.
Implement best practices for EMI/EMC compatibility and arc flash protection. Design for medium and high-voltage switchgear systems (3.3kV to 33kV).
Ensure insulation coordination and proper fault level withstand capacity.
Incorporate CTs, PTs, relays, and SCADA integration for monitoring and protection
