Job Overview

Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a Female Executive Assistant for Business Schools to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, junior-level position requires candidates to have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role involves assisting with administrative tasks, managing schedules, and supporting executives with various professional responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily administrative tasks (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in managing and organizing executive calendars to optimize time management and efficiency (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft PowerPoint to create compelling presentations for business meetings (Mandatory skill).
  • Competence in using Google Workspace tools to streamline communication and collaboration with team members.
  • Expertise in arranging travel itineraries and accommodations to support executive travel needs efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interaction with colleagues and external parties.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and multitask in a fast-paced work environment to meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support executives by managing and organizing their daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit reports, correspondence, and presentations as required by the executive team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations, and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events and meetings, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled meticulously.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support business initiatives and decision-making processes.
  • Maintain documentation and filing systems to ensure records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
