Job Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking and marketing efforts.
Maintain relationships with brokers, investors, and real estate agencies to enhance sales opportunities.Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to improve performance.
Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.Engage with potential buyers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable properties.
Ensure excellent customer service and manage client queries, negotiations, and deal closures.
Resolve customer complaints and handle objections effectively.Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional events.
Utilize digital marketing and social media to attract buyers.
Organize property site visits, open houses, and real estate expos.
