Scope
Workstream-aligned functional analyst supporting one of the following domains:
· RCSA
·Issue Management (Top Priority)
·Effective Challenge
·Compliance Risk Assessments
·Enterprise Risk Identification & Assessment
·Policy Management.
Responsible for requirements translation, configuration support, testing, and delivery readiness for assigned IRM module.
Key skills / Must Have
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules
·Understanding of IRM data model (Risks, Controls, Issues, Policies, Assessments)
·Experience with Agile delivery and user story development
·Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
·Experience supporting UAT and testing cycles
· Familiarity with risk management or compliance frameworks (COSO, SOX, ISO etc.)
Responsibilities
. Conduct discovery sessions and document requirements
· Translate regulatory and risk requirements into ServiceNow IRM solutions
·Create and manage user stories and backlog items
·Support configuration of workflows, forms, approvals, and notifications
·Assist in UAT execution and validation of acceptance criteria
·Define reporting requirements and validate dashboards
·Support training materials, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities
