Role : QA Transformation /Migration Consultant
Location : Remote/ Work from home – India
Available to join : Immediate to 30 days
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SmartBear Consultant with strong expertise in QMetry and Zephyr. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test management tools and a proven track record in migrating from Zephyr to QMetry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support migration activities from Zephyr to QMetry
- Configure and customize QMetry / Zephyr based on project needs
- Collaborate with QA, Dev, and Product teams for seamless integration
- Analyze current test management processes and recommend improvements
- Ensure data integrity and smooth transition during migration
- Provide documentation, training, and support to stakeholders
Required Skills
- Strong experience with SmartBear tools (QMetry & Zephyr)
- Hands-on experience in migration projects (Zephyr → QMetry preferred)
- Understanding of QA processes, Agile, and test lifecycle management
- Experience in JIRA integration and test automation frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Profile
- Experience working as a Product Consultant / Product Designer / Product Manager in QA tools ecosystem
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
