Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Instagram Operator located in Bengaluru. The Instagram Operator will manage daily activities on SuperStrat Labs’ Instagram account, including creating visually compelling and engaging posts, crafting captivating captions, and running targeted campaigns. Additional responsibilities involve content planning and scheduling, data tracking for performance analysis, and actively engaging with followers to build a vibrant and interactive online community. Coordination with the team to align Instagram strategies with the overall brand vision is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Instagram management, including creating and scheduling posts, Instagram Stories, Reels, and carousel posts
  • Understanding of Content Strategy and experience in crafting engaging captions and visuals that resonate with target audiences
  • Analytical skills to track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth using tools like Instagram Insights
  • Experience in social media engagement, community management, and managing interactions to cultivate an active follower base
  • Strong knowledge of Visual Design principles and basic video editing for social media content creation
  • Familiarity with brand positioning, storytelling, and audience targeting
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to stay updated on current Instagram trends
  • Experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
