The Mission:

We are seeking a Process-First Account Manager for At Buzz who has successfully managed a portfolio of brands in a high-pressure agency environment. This is not just an execution role—you are the architect of the Content Infrastructure. You must build the systems that allow our creative talent to thrive and deliver excellence to our clients consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vision to Execution (The Core):

  • Strategic Calendar Planning: Create the Monthly Social Media Calendar before the month begins. This must be a Visual Grid Strategy that balances engagement, education, and sales.
  • Mood Boarding: Create detailed Mood Boards for every campaign or shoot. You need to visualize the aesthetic, color palette, lighting, and vibe of the brand and get it approved by the client before production starts.
  • Detailed Designer Briefing: Act as the translator between the Client and the Creative Team. Provide highly detailed briefs to Graphic Designers and Video Editors (specifying fonts, timestamps, audio, and reference links) to minimize revisions.

2. Hands-On Execution:

  • Canva Pro Mastery: Use Canva Pro for creating quick layouts, stories, presentations, and urgent static creatives without depending on the design team for minor tasks.
  • Mobile Video Editing: Edit on the fly using VN/CapCut—stitching BTS footage, syncing audio beats for Trending Reels, and adding subtitles or text overlays quickly.

3. Inter-Departmental Coordination:

  • Performance Marketing Team: Ensure the ads team receives high-quality, high-converting creatives on time.
  • Influencer Team: Brief them on the brand language so they hire the right creators.
  • Tech, SEO & Strategy: Coordinate website banners and long-term roadmaps.
  • Finance & Delivery (The Gatekeeper): Confirm to the Finance Team that all deliverables are completed and approved so that invoices can be raised.

4. Client Servicing:

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (POC) for your accounts.
  • Lead monthly/weekly status calls and present performance reports.
  • Manage client expectations and approvals.
  • Take care of the client growth

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years in a Marketing/Creative Agency. You must have handled a portfolio of 6–8 active retainers simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expansion Exposure: Proven track record in an agency that scaled its operations. You understand how to maintain quality control even when the volume of content and number of clients increase.
  • Process Skills: Advanced ability to develop Creative Workflows, Approval SOPs, and Briefing Structures from the ground up to minimize revisions and delays.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Canva Pro, VN/CapCut (for quick edits), and Google Workspace (Sheets/Slides for reporting).
  • Mindset: A “Systems-Thinker” who values stability, discipline, and professional accountability over chaos. You don’t just “fix” problems; you build systems to prevent them.
