Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counsellor based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students and parents, managing the admissions process, and guiding them through applications, scholarships, and visa procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting & Admissions:
Guide students and parents through the university application process, provide personalized counseling, resolve queries, and ensure seamless communication.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Engage with prospective students, convert leads, and contribute to business growth through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
Meetings & Documentation:
Schedule and attend meetings, maintain accurate records, and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
Educational Sessions:
Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations in schools and educational institutions across Delhi NCR and other regions.
Research & Resources:
Research Japanese universities, courses, and admission processes to build a strong knowledge base and FAQ repository.
University Fairs & Outreach:
Represent Education Japan at fairs and events, build partnerships, and generate quality leads.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to handle student queries with clarity and empathy
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sales or lead conversion skills will be an added advantage
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for education
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree (MANDATORY)
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in the education sector are preferred
