Role Overview:
We are hiring for Associate – Key Account Associate – Sales/Business Development role to manage and expand our client base. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts while also identifying and securing new partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure sustained business growth and partner satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving strategic partnerships and revenue expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for partners.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential clients and emerging market trends.
• Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and close deals to strengthen and expand the Zetexa network.
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience and improve partner retention.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics to ensure targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of market research and business strategy.
• Passion to grow and make an impact in the digital telecom space.
• Education: Any graduate.
