About the Role:
We work closely with founders of multiple fast-growing startups (AI, SaaS, fintech) who are looking for Tech Leads / Senior Engineers to own critical parts of their product and engineering roadmap.
These are high-impact roles where you’ll be expected to think beyond code — architecture, scalability, and team direction.
What You’ll Work On:
- Leading the design and development of scalable systems (0 → 1 and 1 → 10)
- Making key architectural decisions (backend, infra, data)
- Mentoring engineers and setting engineering standards
- Working closely with founders on product and tech strategy
- Driving execution speed without compromising code quality
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–6 years of experience in backend or full stack development
- Strong system design and architecture experience
- Hands-on coding ability (Node.js / React / Python preferred)
- Experience leading small teams
- Ability to operate in fast-paced startup environment
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based products (BONUS)
Location:
India (Hybrid / Select Remote roles)
