Job Description:

Title: Executive – Sales Support.

Location: Uppal, Hyderabad.

Job Type : Full time.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional Regional language (Telugu, Hindi OR Punjabi) proficiency is mandatory.
  • Confidence in outbound calling and engaging with international customers
  • Ability to handle objections and conduct structured sales conversations
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business/WATI, email communication, and basic Excel
  • Good understanding of FMCG sales cycles, wholesale customers, or B2B sales processes
  • Strong attention to detail in CRM data management and follow-ups
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined in follow-ups
  • Strong organizational skills with a customer-centric and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads from digital platforms such as WATI, social media, and email
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer data and lead status in Zoho CRM
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to EU customer databases (approx. 40 calls per day)
  • Promote company brands through calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication
  • Clearly explain product offerings, pricing, and ordering processes to customers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and ensure timely resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when required
  • Follow up with customers for pending documents, product lists, and registration completion
  • Maintain regular engagement with active and inactive customers to drive repeat business
  • Coordinate with Accounts for customer registration validation and invoice-related queries
  • Liaise with Finance for basic credit checks and onboarding support
  • Assist internal teams with quotation preparation as needed
  • Support logistics coordination by facilitating communication between customers and transport partners
  • Assist in quality checks such as label translations for EU markets (as required)
  • Collect and organize initial sourcing requirements from EU clients
  • Manage and route UK-region leads to the designated internal stakeholder

Preferred Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer support, preferably in FMCG, food distribution, or B2B sales.
  • Prior experience handling EU or UK customers is an advantage.
