Summary:
As a SAP FICA Lead and Architect, you will design and deliver technological architecture for large and complex SAP Transformational projects engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You will engage in discussions to ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and apply them effectively to enhance the overall architecture
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
– Should have influencing and advisory skills.
– Responsible for team decisions.
– Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
– Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
– Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
– Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing architecture and processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
– Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
– Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.
– Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability.
– Familiarity with integration patterns and data management strategies.
