About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations, network infrastructure, system support, and administrative IT functions. This role ensures smooth functioning of IT systems, strong security, and timely technical support for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Operations & Support:
- Create/manage employee IDs, configure Outlook accounts, and resolve issues.
- Provide hardware, software, and OS support.
- Manage internet access, network security, and user permissions.
- Install, configure, and maintain printers, peripherals, and IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, switches, routers, and Windows/software issues.
System & Server Management:
- Manage data backups and restoration.
- Administer servers and Microsoft Exchange.
- Ensure systems are updated with the latest patches.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain IT documentation and backups.
- Coordinate submissions to authorities/clients when required.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or system management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with servers, Microsoft Exchange, and backup systems preferred.
