Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced EWM Functional Consultant responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting warehouse management solutions in SAP EWM. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement warehouse processes, perform testing, and support cutover and go-live activities to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Required Skills Strong functional knowledge of SAP EWM processes: • Inbound Processing • Outbound Processing • Internal Warehouse Movements • Physical Inventory • Experience in cutover planning, mock cutover, and go-live support. • Understanding of EWM master data and transactional data migration. • Knowledge of integration with SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD). • Experience with RF framework, warehouse monitoring, and queue management. • Ability to coordinate across functional, technical, and business teams. Experience in at least one end-to-end EWM implementation with cutover involvement. Familiarity with LSMW, migration cockpit, or data migration tools.Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate EWM cutover activities during system implementation/Roll out and go-live phases. • Prepare and maintain cutover plans, checklists, and runbooks for EWM processes. • Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration teams to ensure readiness for cutover. • Validate master data migration including materials, bins, batches, stock, and warehouse structure. • Execute and monitor data migration activities such as open deliveries, stock migration, and warehouse tasks. • Support warehouse readiness activities including RF testing, label printing, and device validation. • Coordinate mock cutovers and dress rehearsals to ensure all dependencies are identified and resolved. • Monitor inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes during go-live. • Troubleshoot and resolve EWM functional issues during the hypercare period. • Track and report cutover progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.
