Sales Executive – Online Courses (Ayurveda)

Position Summary:

As a Sales Executive you will play a pivotal role in guiding individuals towards enrolling in online courses focused on Ayurveda. You will manage 50–60 daily inbound leads and work towards closing 2-3 enrolments each month. This role demands strong communication, persuasive techniques, and consultative selling skills, coupled with a genuine passion for Ayurveda and holistic health education.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Conversion:

  • Handle 50–60 inbound leads daily via phone, email, and chat, offering personalized consultations on Ayurvedic program.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their wellness, spiritual, and educational interests, and recommend the most fitting Ayurvedic courses.
  • Follow up systematically with leads to maximize conversions and achieve monthly enrollment goals.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Conduct dynamic program presentations that emphasize the transformative power of Ayurveda, holistic healing practices, and their real-world applications.
  • Address common objections such as course pricing, duration, and career impact with empathy and clarity.
  • Employ a consultative selling approach to help prospective students choose the right course based on their needs and aspirations.

Pipeline & CRM Management:

  • Update and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system (Zoho), ensuring efficient tracking of interactions.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress towards achieving the target of 2-3 program enrollments each month.
  • Prioritize high-potential leads to streamline the sales process and ensure optimal conversion rates.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with the admissions, marketing, and student support teams to create a smooth and welcoming enrollment experience for prospective students.
  • Share insights on lead quality, common objections, and course feedback to refine marketing strategies and course offerings.

Market Awareness:

  • Stay informed about the latest trends in Ayurveda, wellness, and spiritual education, as well as competitor offerings.
  • Suggest adjustments to sales strategies and messaging to ensure the courses remain competitive and aligned with market demand.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Daily Lead Engagement: Engage with 50–60 leads per day.
  • Monthly Enrollments: Achieve 2-3 enrollments per month.
  • Conversion Rate: Meet or exceed sales targets and benchmarks.
  • Lead Response Time: Ensure prompt and efficient responses to inquiries.
