What You’ll Do
Performance & Growth Creatives
● Own creative strategy for Meta, Google, marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart/Supertails) & Q-commerce
● Ship high-converting formats: UGC, testimonials, education, founder-led, offer-led
● Turn insights into hooks, angles, and repeatable creative frameworks
● Optimise with the performance team using CTR, hook rate, CVR, ROAS, CAC
● Lead campaign creatives for launches, sales, festive moments & Shark Tank leverage
Brand, Social & Creators
● Own Instagram strategy (reels, carousels, education, community storytelling)
● Build content pillars (nutrition, myth-busting, founder journey, cat health wins, community)
● Lead influencer/creator collaborations for both performance & brand
● Convert reviews, DMs, UGC into trust-building brand stories
● Build and lead Smylo’s creative pod (social, video, design) and manage external creators
Platforms & Partnerships
● Own marketplace creatives (listing, A+ content, conversion assets)
● Collaborate with Zepto, Blinkit & Swiggy Instamart on co-branded campaigns
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You
● Have built content/creatives at a D2C or consumer brand (food, beauty, wellness, pet care preferred)
● Have personally shipped performance creatives that scaled
● Are comfortable reading numbers and explaining why a creative worked/didn’t
● Love experimenting fast, spotting trends early, and building from 0→1
● Want to grow into a larger brand/creative leadership role
