Key Responsibilities
HR Functions:
• Assist in recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and induction activities
• Help in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Assist in employee engagement activities
Administrative Functions:
• Support daily office operations and coordination
• Manage documentation and internal communications
• Assist in vendor coordination and office logistics
• Monitor office supplies and inventory
