Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (Hydraulic Presses) at our facility in Mundka, New Delhi.
The role involves end-to-end design and development of hydraulic presses and related equipment, including CAD modeling, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation. You will work closely with production and project teams to ensure designs are efficient, practical, and aligned with real-world industrial requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design hydraulic systems, assemblies, and components using SolidWorks
- Create 3D models, 2D drawings, GA drawings, and fabrication drawings
- Prepare BOMs and manufacturing documentation
- Coordinate with production and project teams
- Optimize designs for performance, cost, and quality
- Troubleshoot and improve existing designs
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience (mandatory in Hydraulic Presses)
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks
- Good understanding of hydraulic components and industrial applications
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
