Role Description
The PGT English role at GD Goenka Public School, Bareilly, involves planning and delivering high-quality English lessons for students in senior classes. Responsibilities include designing engaging lesson plans, evaluating and assessing students’ performance, and fostering an interactive and inclusive classroom environment. The teacher will also guide students in enhancing their communication and writing skills while aligning with CBSE guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bareilly.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in English Teaching and Training, with a strong grasp of language pedagogy for senior secondary students
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively
- Capability in Translation and content clarification to enhance comprehension and language proficiency
- Proficiency in providing strong support and guidance aligned with Customer Service standards in education
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field; B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory
- Prior teaching experience in a CBSE school or a similar educational environment is an advantage
