Customer Support Assistant — Hiring

We are supporting a partner company in identifying a Customer Support Assistant to help manage client interactions and ensure a smooth support experience across communication channels.

This role is suited for someone who is responsive, organized, and comfortable assisting customers in a structured environment.

What you will be working on

• Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, or other channels

• Assisting with resolving basic issues and escalating when needed

• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

• Supporting onboarding and general customer guidance

• Monitoring requests and ensuring timely responses

• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
