Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer and Architect located in Hyderabad. The role involves space planning, designing interiors, and creating detailed architectural and construction drawings. The professional will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, select appropriate materials, and oversee the implementation of designs to ensure projects meet both artistic and functional goals. Coordination with vendors and ensuring compliance with local building codes are essential responsibilities of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
- Expertise in Architecture and Construction Drawings for efficient and accurate project execution
- Knowledge and experience in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and integration
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and vendors
- Proficiency in relevant design tools and software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar applications
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and ensure timely project completion
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Prior experience in residential and commercial projects is a plus
