We are looking for a high-performance Inside Sales Team Lead who can build a predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities in the US and Australian markets.
This role is not for someone looking for a comfortable sales job.
We want someone who treats pipeline generation like a mission, not a task.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying decision makers in the USA and Australia who require custom software development services.
Your primary objective is to generate qualified meetings with founders, CTOs, and technology leaders.
What You Will Be Responsible For
• Identify and target founders, CTOs, product leaders, and decision makers in companies that require software development services
• Build target account lists and prospect databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools
• Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns, cold email campaigns, and outbound calling strategies
• Start meaningful conversations with prospects and qualify potential opportunities
• Schedule discovery meetings with qualified prospects for the leadership team
• Manage and maintain prospect pipelines in CRM systems
• Continuously refine outreach messaging based on response rates and campaign performance
• Track and report lead generation metrics and pipeline progress
Key Performance Indicators
Success in this role will be measured by:
• Number of qualified meetings generated per month
• Pipeline value created for the sales team
• Outreach response rates and engagement levels
• Conversion of leads into serious project discussions
Expected performance:
• 8–12 qualified meetings per month
• Consistent pipeline growth from US and Australian markets

Required Experience
• 3–6 years experience in B2B lead generation, SDR, BDR, or inside sales roles
• Proven experience generating leads in US or international markets
• Experience selling IT services, SaaS products, or technology solutions
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Ability to work in evening shifts aligned with US time zones
