StampMyVisa is a B2B visa processing travel-tech platform focused on delivering hassle-free visa solutions for travel businesses. Since 2017, the company has processed over 5,00,000 visas globally for 4,000+ travel agencies, online travel companies, MICE companies, and corporates.

Role Overview:

The Key Account Manager will manage high-value travel agent partners, drive application volumes, ensure client retention, and maximize revenue through strategic account management and proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with key and high-value travel agent accounts.

• Ensure consistent client engagement through daily calls and follow-ups.

• Drive repeat visa applications, re-application cycles, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

• Develop and execute retention strategies for high-value and high-frequency clients.

• Handle client escalations and resolve service-related issues.

• Identify and revive inactive or low-engagement accounts.

• Maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and portfolio analytics.

• Coordinate with internal operations and business teams for seamless service delivery.

• Build long-term relationships with key clients and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Performance Targets (KPIs):

• Minimum 30 connected calls per day.

• Monthly application target: 1000 applications.

• Monthly retention target: 80 applications. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.

• Strong experience in account management, client relationship management, or B2B servicing.

• Ability to work with retention, revenue, and churn-related targets.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Experience in telecalling, client success, or B2B servicing roles preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Compensation: As per company standards + performance-based incentives.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM & Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
