Job Description

• Assisting Relationship Managers to service the HNI clients for administration work, queries and for investment plans. 

• Coordination between Clients, Relationship Managers & back Office

• Deliver high quality customer service to internal and external customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should be fluent in English

• Should have strong written & oral communications skill

• Should have experience in Mutual Fund Operations

• Good at multitasking.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Customer Service Management, including a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess team performance and implement improvements.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
  • Experience in client relationship management and conflict resolution is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferable.
