Vaayu is a premium D2C brand in a post–PMF, pre-scale phase

 

Key Responsibilities

Growth, Performance & Online Business

  • Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta & Google with full budget responsibility.
  • End to End execution of performance marketing, CROCAC, ROAS, LTV, and contribution margins.
  • Build and manage a structured creative testing framework (hooks, formats, messaging).
  • Scale revenue profitably across Vaayu’s D2C website and marketplaces.
  • Track performance dashboards and translate insights into action.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing strategies aligned with Vaayu’s premium fashion positioning.
  • Ensure consistent brand storytelling across digital, retail, and campaign touchpoints.
  • Strengthen Vaayu’s presence in the luxury & contemporary fashion ecosystem.

Digital Marketing & E-commerce

  • Drive end-to-end e-commerce growth across website, social, and marketplaces.
  • Manage SEO, email/SMS, retargeting, and funnel optimization initiatives.
  • Improve on-site conversion, repeat purchase, and CRM Retention.

Content Strategy & Communication

  • Influencer partnerships, creator-led growth, and ad content strategy with performance-driven creative frameworks  
  • Support retail store launches and in-store marketing initiatives.
  • Align offline efforts with digital growth goals.

 

Experience & Requirements

  • 5–9 years of experience in D2C growth, performance marketing, or fashion/luxury marketing.
  • Proven experience scaling high-AOV D2C brands and owning paid media budgets.
  • Strong understanding of Meta & Google Ads, creative testing, and performance analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of fashion branding, digital storytelling, and online business models.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution ability and data-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
