Role Overview
The Operations Head will be responsible for managing and streamlining end-to-end operations of the subsidiary division. The role requires strong leadership, process orientation, and the ability to drive efficiency, compliance, and scalability across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the subsidiary division
- Ensure smooth execution of processes and service delivery
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–6 members
- Set performance goals and monitor team productivity
- Build a high-performance and accountable team culture
- Improve turnaround time (TAT) and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Leadership)
- Act as a bridge between subsidiary operations and corporate leadership
- Provide regular MIS reports and operational insights
- Track KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
- Prepare dashboards and reports for management review
Key Requirements
Experience
- 5–12 years of experience in operations management
- Prior experience in financial services / NBFC / investment firm preferred
- Experience managing small-to-mid sized teams
- Strong process and operations management skills
