Company overview

An US based, experiential marketing agency with deep expertise in summits, conventions, immersive pop-ups, brand launches, exhibit booths, street activations, and large-scale event production. We deliver high-impact brand experiences across the U.S. with unmatched attention to detail, advanced technology, and strong in-house execution.

Weʼre looking for a sharp, experienced Experiential Marketing Producer to lead project execution across multiple event formats—someone who thrives under pressure, adapts quickly, and builds relationships with vendors, creatives, and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project execution for summits, conventions, pop-up activations, street activations, and brand launches.
  • Oversee exhibit booth builds and on-site installation across multiple states.
  • Manage budgets, quotes, and vendor negotiations tailored to each projectʼs needs.
  • Coordinate logistics, permits, vendor selection, labor crews, rentals, and technical installs.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, design, and AV departments, supporting the team with technological resources and production feasibility input.
  • Maintain cost efficiency and monitor the financial health of each project (margin tracking, post-mortem reviews, P&L oversight).
  • Act as the main point of contact with vendors, venues, labor providers, fabricators, and freight partners.
  • Anticipate on-site issues and own real-time problem solving during execution.
  • Prepare and manage production calendars, timelines, and internal checklists.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in experiential marketing, event production, exhibit management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to run projects from brief through execution—solo or with a team.
  • Comfortable managing budgets and financial targets per project.
  • Deep familiarity with nationwide vendors, logistics providers, AV/tech teams, and fabrication shops. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of permitting, fire safety, and event regulations.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal creatives and external partners.
  • Fluency in English required.
