We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Headmistress for a full-time position at an educational institution in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. The candidate will play a key role in overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the school. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to foster a structured and nurturing learning environment for both students and staff.

Qualifications & Experience

• Post-Graduation in any discipline with a B.Ed. degree (mandatory).
• A minimum of 10 years of teaching and administrative experience in reputed international schools.
• Preference for candidates with international teaching or leadership experience.
• Energetic, proactive, and capable of managing a fast-paced, international school environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the daily administration and smooth operation of the school.
• Oversee and guide the teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction and curriculum adherence.
• Collaborate with teachers to enhance teaching methodologies and improve student learning outcomes.
• Monitor student performance, address academic challenges, and implement effective disciplinary measures.
• Organize and lead professional development programs for staff, focusing on instructional excellence.
• Strengthen communication between school administration, students, parents, and the community.
• Plan and coordinate school activities, events, and initiatives that promote student engagement.
• Ensure the adoption of innovative educational practices and compliance with industry standards.
