- Drivesalesexcellenceinitiatives,bestpractices,andstandardizedoperatingmodels. Planning, Performance & AOP Ownership
- Drive the AnnualOperatingPlan(AOP)includinggoalsetting,targetallocation,performancetracking, and progress reviews.
- Supportsalesplanningandperformanceanalysisacrossgeographies,segments,andproductlines.
- Assistindevelopingdata-drivenforecasts,projections,andproductivitymetrics. Data Fluency & Analytics
- WorkwithCRMandsalestoolstotrackpipelines,conversions,winrates,andgrowthKPIs.
- Buildandmaintaindashboards,reports,andperformancescorecardsforleadershipvisibility.
